Jacqueline McBride Gaillard, Esq.
Jackie has been in the legal profession since the age of 14 when she began working in her father's law office. After graduating Monticello High School, Jackie attended Katherine Gibbs in Boston, MA and began working as a paralegal. She lived and worked in San Diego during the 1980s and returned to New York to pursue her dream of becoming an attorney. Jackie graduated Pace University summa cum laude, with First Honors, in 1994 and Pace University School of Law, cum laude, in 1997.
Thereafter, she moved to Orange County to work with her father, Jack McBride, a prominent trial attorney, in the areas of personal injury and litigation. After his untimely death in 1999, Jackie continued on as a sole-practitioner and expanded her law practice to include estate planning, real estate transactions, and the general practice of law. She opened her New Windsor office in February 2010. Jackie's mission is to help others, and she understands that legal problems just won't wait. She has evening and weekend appointments available, and she is willing to travel to you to discuss your business and legal needs.
Jackie was appointed Cornwall Town Justice in 2012.
Memberships & Associations Include: The New York State Bar Association: Elder Law Planning, Real Estate, Trusts & Estates, General Practice; Women's Bar Association of Orange and Sullivan Counties.
A resident of Cornwall-on-Hudson, Jackie enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and their dogs. Jackie is the race director for the annual Cornwall Lions Club Fall Harvest Race and an avid runner.
