Welcome to the Cornwall-on-Hudson Virtual Village Candidate Forum brought to you by the Greater Cornwall Chamber of Commerce During normal times the Chamber usually provides candidates for local elections the opportunity to introduce themselves and their platform to our members and the community. This year due to the pandemic, we will be hosting a Virtual Candidate Forum. There are two parts to the GCCC Candidate Forum. First is our “Virtual Door Knocking”, which includes a 3-6 minute video interview that gives the candidates the opportunity to introduce themselves and give an overview of their vision for the Village. Additionally, the Governor announced that Outdoor Dining would be included in Phase 2 of re-opening. Attached are some materials that should be read, understood and circulated in order to best facilitate this safely and effectively. The materials attached are:
> Detailed Guidance for Outdoor Dining (which also has a link for businesses to affirm)
> Municipality Application to temporarily extend licensed premises to a municipal street, sidewalk or other outdoor area
> Licensee Certification for Temporary Extension of Licensed Premises onto Municipal Property (to be included with municipality application)
